RETURNS
 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@rawapparelshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Refunds will process in 5-10 business days.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), face masks, socks, hats, and personal care goods (such as beauty products and hand sanitizer). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded less shipping costs to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

 

Products are returnable within 7 days, view the return policy for more details and limitations on returnable items.

How do I track my order?

 

Orders placed on the website will automatically generate an order confirmation once completed.  The email provided at checkout will receive the confirmation.  

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Tracking information will be emailed after the item has shipped.  The tracking number can be utilized to track the package and can be provided as a reference when contacting the courier.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Delivery options are provided at checkout, these options vary, please select the best option to fit your needs and ensure timely delivery. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Due to Covid-19 and postal delays the processing times have been extended to 4 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email but may process sooner.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Shipping can be expedited by choosing a 2 or 3 day option at checkout it available.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@rawapparelshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  Once order shipping confirmed by R.A.W. T-Shirts, please reach out to the shipping carrier as they can provide information on the status of the shipped item, the shipping carrier is responsible once the item is shipped.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS and DHL does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, please use a standard address when selecting one of these shipping options.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@rawapparelshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
